A little about Me
I am a WAHM to 2 wonderful little girls. Araya is 3 and the inspiration behind the name of my store and Nevaeh is 8 months and just a doll to be around. Because of them and all the recalls in the past year I decided it was time to make some toys that were not only fun and natural but safe for them and others. So the toys began. I don't make anything that I would not let my children play with and put in their mouths, which as you can imagine the little one does often.
POLICIES
These are subject to change at any time!
Ordering Policies
* In the event of the cart overselling I will do my best to fulfill all orders. If it is a OOAK item I will have to refund or offer a custom of another design.
* Gift Certificates are offered in increments of 5.00 up to whatever value you would like. There are no refunds on gift certificates.
* In the event that there is a typo in pricing I will contact you to see if you are still interested in your purchase. You will have an option of a refund on what you have paid or you paying the difference. If it is an overpayment I will refund the difference to you.
* Payment is due within 2 hours of placing your order unless you have spoken with me before hand. If payment is not received I will relist the item(s).
Shipping Policies
* I offer shipping through USPS ONLY at this time.
* Instock items will ship within 5 days of ordering, sometimes faster, but if there will be a delay past that time frame I will contact you.
* Please contact me before ordering if USPS shipping will not work for you OR if you need the item in a super fast manner.
* All items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation
* Insurance is optional, however I highly recommend it. If an item does not have insurance on it and does not arrive OR arrives broken or damaged this can not be my responsibility.
* Should the package be returned to me as undeliverable and the address is written as it was given to me, then the item will be reshipped, however that shipping cost will be the customers responsibility. Should it be returned to me due to an error on my part I will cover the cost of shipping and send it out priority mail. I will also let you, the customer, know as soon as it is received back to me.
Refunds/Returns
* I will allow returns on all items within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in the same condition that it was sent in.
* Shipping on returned items is the customers responsibility.
* It is recommended that insurance be purchased when returning the item to ensure that the item is returned in the condition which you sent it in.
* If the item is being returned not exchanged a restocking fee will be charged of 5.00 if you want a cash refund or you can get a store credit for the full amount
Payments
*When shipping from paypal I will ship to unverified addresses ONLY if the customer agrees to pay for insurance.
* In the event that payment is made with an e-check through paypal shipping WILL NOT occur until the payment has cleared.
* Payments will be accepted in the forms of paypal or money orders only.
* Should a payment be returned after an item has been shipped I will invoice the customer until payment is received and paid in full.
Custom Orders
* I love to do custom orders of any size or shape.
* Payment is due in full before items are started. If I have to order supplies from online a 50% payment is required to order supplies, with the other 50% due before I start the order.
* Each custom is different and a time line will be addressed before starting the order. I try to have all customs completed and mailing in no more than 4 weeks.
* All returns on custom orders are refunded in store credit only.
* A nonrefundable deposit of 10.00 is due before being placed on a waiting list. Should you decide to not finish the order, that deposit will not be refunded.
Lotteries/Auctions
* Contact with information on shipping and payments is due within 24 hours of the end of an auction or lottery.
* Should I not be able to get into contact with the winner the item will be offered to the next highest bidder if it’s an auction and a new name will be drawn my by wonderful daughter if it is a lottery.
* If you change your mind after entering please contact me asap so that I can remove your name before the end of the lottery.
Coops
* For all orders up to $350.00 I offer 15% off.
* For all orders above $350.00 I offer 20% off.
* For the ease of making sure that all orders get to the correct person I will ship the orders directly from here. I ask that shipping be paid at the time that the coop is sent. All orders are mailed priority due to weights.
* A 1.00 per person coop fee must be added to all orders to cover the cost of shipping and packaging materials.
Privacy
* No personal information will be shared from my website with anyone else. This includes information given on my newsletter site as well.
